Jesse James Richardson

OCTOBER 18, 1978 – APRIL 15, 2018

Jesse James Richardson of Highland, passed away April 15, 2018 at 39 years of age. Loving son of Louis and DeEtta. Nephew of Heneryetta (Don) James, Jack (Brenda) Carter and Nettie Carns. Private services to be held at a later date.

Many of you received a prayer request for my wife's cousin, Jesse, about 2 weeks ago. This past Sunday Jesse succumbed to the lung infections that had plagued him in the past few months.

Jesse was born with Cystic Fibrosis and was diagnosed at an early age. I remember Jesse when he was younger, he was so energetic despite his limited oxygen capacity.

Jesse enjoyed a lot of different activities, but one of the most memorable was his visit to the CF camp. I would be remiss if I didn't mention that he was a WWF fan through and through.

Jesse's double lung transplant transformed his life and allowed him more years on earth than was originally expected. He was so thankful, and expressed it regularly, for the donor family's kindness and honored his donor often.

Please pray for the family as they move forward without Jesse's presence.
