Charlotte's ongoing battle

Pray for Charlotte and get update below....

Charlotte is inpatient today through Friday, starting her 97th dose of chemo.
97... and although there's been some nasty side effects along the way, she really hasn't missed a beat... She's incredible!

Her daddy is with her at the hospital and even though I'll miss her like crazy, it's good for her and my husband to get to spend one on one time together, and I'm ready to create some quality time with my boys.

The picture shows Charlotte from a few days ago as we celebrated my grandfather's 90th birthday. She loves her Grandpa Great and they like to play hide and seek together. He has offered his lungs to Charlotte with the caveat "I doubt they'd take a 90 year old pair of lungs".... but he's offered them to her so she can grow up, and it's a very sweet gesture ❤️

We're hoping the chemo continues to kill the cancer cells in her lungs so she can keep playing with her Grandpa Great, whom we all know will more than likely outlive us all!
They both have many years ahead of them and it makes me smile to see them together.

I started with leaving an extra tip for the bright and smiley waiter I had for lunch...(by myself, without kids..) lol. It was a very peaceful meal!
