Anger Does No Good

Written by: Bill Sparks Posted on: March 2, 2020 Blog: Thoughts along the way

"Anger...

It's a peculiar yet predictable emotion.21mag-femaleanger1-copy-facebookJumbo-v3.jpg

It begins as a drop of water.

An irritant.

A frustration.

Nothing big, just aggravation.

Someone gets your parking place.

Someone pulls in front of you on the freeway.

A waitress is slow and you are in a hurry.

The toast burns.

Drops of water...drip...drip...drip...drip.

Yet, get enough of these seemingly innocent drops of anger and before long you've got a bucket full of rage.

Walking revenge.

Blind bitterness. . . .

Now, is that any way to live?

What good has hatred ever brought?

What hope has anger ever created?

What problems have ever been resolved through revenge?"

Proverbs 3: 9 "Honor the Lord with your wealth, with first fruits of all your crops; 10 then your barns will be filled to overflowing, and your vats will brim over with new wine." Monday's are not an issue for me, every day the Lord has made I rejoice and glad in it. I believe as long as I dedicate all that I do in each day, the Lord will bless it.
