Great video on core convictions and actually living them out! Bill, I appreciate that you mentioned our humanity and that sometimes we do not live up to our core convictions. We can have phases of "compassion burnout" as we try to build relationships, bear burdens, and bring hope. However, the more we focus on why we do what hopefully we do we can be motivated and inspired to live by our convictions. I pray for God's strength and grace as we share the journey and wisdom to be molded into our core convictions! Looking forward to hearing about Olivia's story and celebrating a vision success with fellow board members!

Thanks again for transparency and speaking from your heart. I want to give credit where credit is do... my grandparents and my parents who lived out the core convictions of love and servanthood to those around them. The video we watched this week was right on point with the most effective way to minister to others... "How can I help you". That was ingrained in my core set of beliefs from a very early age and has served me well in connecting and making a difference in people's lives. I, to this day, find myself responding to others with "How can I help" and I am sincere when I say it. It is a passion that has burned within me for many years and being able to "help" brings me great joy and satisfaction. Thank you for allowing me to be part of this ministry of "help"!
