Bill, Thank you for doing these video recaps of the 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership. I thoroughly enjoy the video summaries you share. Throughout my experience as a pastor and HR Manager, I can see how adding value and trust can be great components to being a leader. It's two great goals to have while working directly with and for people to continue to add value and trust. Unfortunately, I can't say that I was always adding value or trust to people I worked with. There were times through disappointing and frustrating experiences with people where I chose not to add value or trust them. At least, for a period of time. I pray that all of us, as we interact with people in our lives, we add value to them and build trust.
