Chapter 8 ~ Thank You

You may think I planned this chapter for this week...

But I didn't... I do find it pretty funny it hit during this holiday season... Gotta love God's sense of humor...

Here's this weeks blog for Chapter 8

Well...

This has been a chapter of... well... thanks...

I wish I could write a long list of wonderful thoughts from this chapter, but I can't.

Go figure...

What I can do, is to ask you to join me in Max's little exercise, take the alphabet and count the many things you are thankful for...

I won't give you all of mine, but I will share a few...

G - God's faithfulness to me, not because of me but because of his love for me. I've been unfaithful and yet, 20 years ago he graced me to start an amazing ministry that he has blessed in ways I don't think any of us back then could have seen.

Y - I am thankful for YOU. And all the YOUS that have been a part of Gilead's incredible outreach. I think of the phrase I've used hundreds of times, "If you see a turtle on a fence post, you know he didn't get there by himself." It is so true. I am where I am because of all of you. There isn't enough time nor words to express my love for you as a part of God's work in my life and the lives of so many others impacted by Gilead.
