Celebrate The Vision

I love when I have a chance to share a story of how we've impacted the lives of others...

Here is a "Win" for the team, shared with me from Curtis Matteson:

I spoke with Suzanne Templin yesterday afternoon to see how she was doing and to encourage her while she goes through another round of chemo for cancer in neck/lung now.

She said that she is amazed of people thinking of her and praying for her. She's received letters from friends, church members, and community. But she is most thankful for the cards and phone calls from Gilead Ministries. She has been touched by several of the cards and has been blessed by such kind and encouraging Phone Encouragers! She said there are two ladies who've been calling her and who've prayed with her. She couldn't remember one of them, but knows one was Ginny! She said that she is glad a ministry like Gilead exists!

Just wanted to share with you. Her and her husband Merle have been through a lot. It's stretched me as a person and pastor to encourage them and be there for them. It's been so difficult for them. But I'm glad I get to share the journey and see how they've been given hope!
